Accommodation only (min. 7 night bookings only) - R 1000.00 per Person per night

Full Packages - R 1600.00 per Person per night min 7 nights and ioncludes the following:

4. Car Rental - 1 Car per Suite (Terms and conditions apply)
5. Full Bouquet DSTV (all Channels)
6. Unlimited use of Golfclubs and Mountain Bikes
7. minimum stay 7 nights

                             ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE:

1. Day Tours, to attractions in and around Johannesburg and Pretoria including: The Cradle of Human Kind, Gold Reef City, Newtown Cultural Precinct, Apartheid Museum, Rhino & Lion Park, SA Lipizzaners etc. (to name a few) as well as Day Tours a little further to “must see” locations like:* Sun City * Cullinan Diamond Mine * Dinokeng * etc. We can also “tailor” any Tour to individual requests.
2. Catering Options incl. of Pub Lunches, Theme Evenings, Pizza Parties etc. as well as “German Beer on Tap” will be available.
3. Enjoy some matches on a Big Screen TV.

Soul Fusion’s ideal location is the perfect base for 2010. A total of 27 Matches, inclusive of Opening and Final will take place at Soccer City Jhb (40 minutes), Ellis Park Jhb (30 minutes) Loftus Versfeld Pretoria (30 minutes) and Royal Bafakeng Rustenburg (2 hours)

Should you have Ticket’s for matches further a field, you will have preferred access to Airline Ticket’s. We will gladly provide you with all Airport Transfer’s required at no cost.

BOOKING AND CANCELATION POLICY
A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance is due on check in. Cancellation of reservations will attract the following penalties:
• Cancellations 0 to 7 days prior forfeit 100% of the deposit
• Cancellations 8 to 14 days prior forfeit 75% of the deposit
• Cancellations 15 to 21 days prior forfeit 50% of the deposit
• Cancellations 22 to 28 days prior forfeit 25% of the deposit
• Cancellations in excess of 28 days prior may incur a maximum 5% administration fee to cover banking and processing charges.

Refunds in the case of cancellation: Any cancellations made, in terms of these standard trading conditions shall be subject to the following deductions and administrative charges: Refunds to credit cards: the relevant cancellation fee, less a 6% credit card surcharge and a 5% administrative charge.

Direct bank deposits: the relevant cancellation fee, less actual bank charges debited by Soul Fusion’s bankers, less 5% administrative charge.
